Article 10 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act (Ley 34/2002, LSSI) requires the operator of a website to keep the following information permanently and directly accessible. "Family", "FMLY" and "Family Productions" on this site all mean the company below.

1. Activity

Family Productions is a service production company established in 2023, with its registered office in Marbella (Málaga): production services in Spain for international agencies, brands and directors, and our own productions. Services are quoted per production; nothing is sold through this website, so no prices appear on it. The activity is not a regulated profession and requires no prior authorisation. We do not currently adhere to any code of conduct.

2. The client portal

The client portal (/client.html) gives the team of a client access to the material of their production: locations, frames, selections. Accounts are created by us for named people; credentials are personal and must not be shared, and we may revoke them at any time. The material shown there is confidential, belongs to the production it was made for, and may be used only for that production. Your feedback in the portal is recorded under your username so that we can act on it.

3. Copyright and trade marks

The text, design and code of this site belong to Family Productions. The films and stills shown on the Work page belong to the brands, agencies and rights holders they were made for and appear here with their permission as examples of our work; they may not be copied or reused. Trade marks that appear on this site belong to their owners.

4. Use of the site and liability

The site describes our work in good faith and may change without notice. Films play through YouTube and Vimeo, whose availability and terms are theirs. Where the site links to another site, we are not responsible for what that site does. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; every production is contracted separately in writing.

5. Applicable law

This site and any dispute about it are governed by Spanish law. For disputes with businesses the courts of Marbella have jurisdiction; consumers keep the jurisdiction the law gives them.
