Cookie policy
Last updated 17 September 2026
1. The short version
fmlyprod.com sets no cookies. None on the public pages, none in the client portal. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to — with one exception you control: the films on the Work page play from YouTube or Vimeo, and their players set their own cookies once you press play. The site asks you first, once, and remembers your answer for 12 months.
Article 22.2 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act (Ley 34/2002, LSSI) and the AEPD's cookie guide exempt storage that is strictly necessary to provide something you asked for; the entries below are that kind. Anything set by a third-party player is not, which is why it waits for your click.
2. What the site keeps in your browser
Local storage is data your browser keeps for one site only. It is never sent to anyone but us, and only together with the request it belongs to.
| Key | Where | What it holds | Kept |
|---|---|---|---|
fmly_embed_ok | Public site | The date you accepted third-party video players | 12 months, or until you withdraw it below |
fmly_session | Client portal | A marker that you signed in on this browser | Until you log out |
fmly_likes and per-project backup entries | Client portal | Your likes and notes, so nothing is lost if the connection drops before they are saved | Until you log out or clear the site's data |
fmly_gh_token | Content manager (our own staff) | The admin credential of the person managing the site | Until sign-out |
3. Third-party video
When you press play on a film, the page loads the YouTube player in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) or the Vimeo player with "do not track" set. Once a film plays, those companies may still set cookies of their own — YouTube's VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE and YSC, for instance — under their own policies: Google, Vimeo. The blurred film behind the home page appears only for visitors who have already accepted. Thumbnails are fetched by our server and cached, so your browser never contacts YouTube or Vimeo just to look at the Work page.
4. What we do not use
- No analytics — no Google Analytics or any other. We look at our own server logs, kept 14 days.
- No advertising or social-media pixels, no tag manager, no session recording.
- No third-party fonts or scripts: the typefaces and libraries the site uses are served from fmlyprod.com.
If that ever changes, this page changes first and a consent request appears before the tool does.
5. How to remove them
Logging out of the portal clears its entries. Your browser's settings let you delete all site data for fmlyprod.com; the public site works with nothing stored at all.
